For Bollywood fans, today, I present to you some scenes from the Movie Dhoom, starring Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan. What do you think of her in the movie? Movie directed by Sanjay Gadhvi. It is makeover time for Aishwarya! She has reportedly asked for a two month period to tone up for the role of a cat-woman in Dhoom II…Aditya Chopra had Ash do a photo shoot in the costumes that she would need to wear and the photos are part of the contract, signed by the actress…The movie is full of high speed chases, free-falls, pyrotechnics, death-defying stunts to give you goose bumps in every single reel of this 2.45 hr movie and a lion’s share of credit for this goes to Hrithik Roshan, without whom this movie would have been just “another movie”. In another event, the gorgeous Aishwarya Rai and the dashing Sanjay Dutt won the ‘Star of the Year - Female’ award and ‘Star of the Year - Male’ award respectively at the Stardust awards. Ash won the award for her role in Dhoom 2 , while Dutt bagged the award for his role in Lage Raho Munnabhai. In a glittering ceremony attended by who’s who of Bollywood, Abhishek Bachchan won the ‘Best Actor in Supporting Role’ award for Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna at the function held at MMRDA Grounds in Mumbai late Sunday night.
Path-breaking film Rang De Basanti was announced as the ‘Pride of the Industry’. While collecting his award, the maker of ‘Rang De Basanti’ Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra said, ”This is a special award, and this film is especially for the people of India.” As Abhishek was out of town, father Amitabh Bachchan collected the award on his behalf. Amidst huge applause, he also gave away the trophy to his soon-to-be-daughter-in-law Ash. Congrats to Aishwarya who will be marrying Hrithik Roshan sometime this year.
