A good friend of Glebova told the media that the Canadian beauty of Russian descent was not only wearing an engagement ring but also confirming to friends that it was an engagement ring early last week, Paradorn however remains tight-lipped until yesterday about their engagement.

Natalie Glebova, 25 is the former Miss Universe, an award that she won at a pageant held in 2005 in Thailand. Paradorn’s father Chanachai told the press that the two were already engaged privately on April 13 in Bali, Indonesia. The family organised the press conference to officially inform the public of their commitment to each other. Thanakorn said Paradorn planned to play tennis for three or four more years. He will then retire and run his own business by opening a 50-rai sports complex in Pattaya, where the couple will build their home.Natalie plans to keep her last name and will be called Natalie Glebova Srichaphan.

I am from your neighbor country and my wife is a Russian too. It took me a couple of years to find the right one before I could go to Russia to marry my wife. My friends and relatives thought at the beginning that she would marry me for the US green card. All I can say Russian wife is just wonderful. My wife is not only pretty with her Scandinavian appearance but she is very sincere and homely. I am 16 years her senior and could not find anyone in America like her well educated, pretty, old fashioned, family oriented and agreed to marry an old man like me (I’m over 40).
