Longtime friends, Ryan (Irwansyah) and Cinta (Acha Septriasa), have just graduated from their senior high school (Sekolah Menengah Atas or SMA). They are very close however they have not been able to express their feelings for each other.Tough isn’t it..At least they can express it in letter or sms. That’s what most people do. But nak jadi cerita movie. The very least that they ever muttered was “love” which was interpreted as care..Even when Ryan is bound for the United States to continue his studies, they still cannot find the courage to express their true feelings. Hopeless betul Ryan nie..

Cinta sangat membutuhkan ungkapan perasaan Ryan terhadap CINTA, sementara Ryan masih tidak mampu menterjemahkan perasaannya dalam kata-kata. Akhirnya pada saat detik-detik terakhir pertemuan mereka, kata yang keluar dari mulut Ryan hanya perasaan sayang kepada Cinta. Cinta pun mendebat kata sayang yang keluar dari mulut Ryan.

“Ya kita memang saling menyayangi, seperti perasaan sayang kepada mama-papa, atau teman-teman,” ujarnya mengutuk keadaan.

However, everything changes when tragedy strikes…Well tragedi terjadi apabila bila Ryan dilanggar oleh kereta Cinta dan kemudian bermulalah cerita ala-ala Ghost yang dilakonkan oleh Demi Moore & Patrick Swayze..Ryan diberi masa 3 hari oleh Malaikat (Angel) untuk menyampaikan hajatnya. Ryan is also allowed to borrow the body of Doni (Raffi Ahmad) for this purpose. Then all the funny things started to happen. Doni does everything that he can to prove his love to CINTA but at the same time, there is a guy, Ivan in her life. She’s torn in between as Ivan also loves her. Ada unsur romantis, aksi, fantasi, kelakar mengusik dan banyak lagi.
