Kahwin di DEWAN atau di Taman - Mana Lebih Murah?

I was at PLAZA ALAM SENTRAL Wedding Exhibition yesterday to pick up some latest pricings in organising a wedding. One word that interests me soo much at one of the stalls there was “PRAMUJI“. When asked, “PRAMUJI” actually stands for PRAMUGARA SAJI or simply put “WAITER“. Awatlah sebut sampai lagu tu noo? Sebutlah PENGURUS HIDANGAN, sedapla siket mendengaqnya..hehe..Anyway..which is cheaper? Wedding at some Community Hall, Perdana Felda, Merak Kayangan or a GARDEN WEDDING at Taman Tasik Permaisuri? Here are some ideas:
DEWAN PERDANA FELDA: RM 540 nett per table (10 per table, min. 600) = RM32,400 (Call 03-2698 8302)
DEWAN MERAK KAYANGAN: RM440 nett per table (10 per table, min. 400) = RM17,600 (Call 03-2698 8302)
GARDEN WEDDING - AMAZING ESSENCE CAPTURED BY KIDCHANSTUDIO
FOR A GARDEN WEDDING
You get to choose where you are going to have it, be it TAMAN TASIK PERMAISURI, TAMAN TASIK BUKIT JALIL, TITIWANGSA LAKE GARDEN, PUTRAJAYA WETLANDS. They will make the booking for you. The price is already included in the catering costs you pay.
YEOB CATERING: RM28 (min. 600) = RM16,800 (Arabian Tent, Air-Conditioned, Fully Carpeted). You can do it at night or during the day at no extra costs, unless you would like to have some fancy lights installed such as the fairy lights. (Call 03-42526532 or Faizah Salleh: 016-335 5534)

HALLS that go by the hour. Rates between RM85-RM400 per hour. You have to order catering separately.

You can also just rent out the tents and order catering separately. A list of canopy providers who provide these services are (no minimum no. of guests imposed):

CATERING THAT COMES AT RM5 per person to combine with the above:
RZ Catering (Call Aliza Noh 019-3685632)= RM2,000 (min. 400 pax.)
If you would like to include canopy, the cost would become RM10 per person, (min. RM400) = RM4,000. CHEAPEST SO FAR in the market.
In conclusion, if you were to get married at the halls, you must at least minimum RM15k. Usually, you have to pay a 50% deposit and booking is required minimum 6 months in advance. Nevertheless you can still have a beautiful wedding at the garden at far lesser costs (Less than RM10K). Weddings at Community Halls are also popular as they are similarly cheaper in costs.

oh no, it’s extremely expensive to get married! nampak gaya, kena tunggu lah lamaran Datuk L, M, N, O, P atau mana2 datuk yang nak kawin dua lah.. haha..
aku prefer kawen kat taman… drpd buat kat umah… coz kalo buat kat dlm umah byk keje nak buat…. aku suke kalo kawen nanti wt konsep bali…
Mana-mana bole, kecil besar asal ikut buget & syariat.
Yg penting lepas kawin tak pening nak bayar hutang,
hati gembira fikiran lapang. Kan gitu?

LJT??? Hmmm…d wedding planner mcm nk x nk jer meniage. T’hegeh2 buat keje,mintak quotation pn sampai b’minggu2. Pas2 suke2 nk assume org nk ke x. Dewan mmg laaa cantek but wedding planner very disappointed.
