This will definitely increase the number of audience watching Malaysia’s very own “The Apprentice” show i.e. The FIRM. Could this be the biggest gimmick from NTV yet? Dr. Jahar’s MBA and PhD are all shams.

This is not surprising. Actually they are a lot of people with the so-called MBAs and PHDs but lacking real life experience and are rather text-book wise rather than street smart. Perhaps it is not all his fault. It could be the fault of the education provider. So haste in providing higher studies opportunities but failed to guard the quality of the production.

Seorang lelaki dikenali ‘Dr Jahar’ dipercayai menjalankan aktiviti penipuan berkaitan urusan penjualan saham bernilai puluhan ribu ringgit di sekitar ibu negara sejak beberapa tahun lalu.
Difahamkan, identiti lelaki terbabit yang berasal dari luar Semenanjung, kini ‘hangat’ diperkatakan kerana menjadi seorang daripada peserta sebuah rancangan realiti di stesen televisyen terkemuka tanah air, selain memaparkan imejnya dalam laman web Internet.
Di samping itu, lelaki berlagak seperti usahawan berjaya itu pada hakikatnya tidak mempunyai sebarang kelulusan kerana gagal menamatkan pengajian di sebuah universiti di United Kingdom berikutan masalah peribadi, 10 tahun lalu.
Bagaimanapun, dia pandai bermain kata-kata untuk memperdaya mangsa dan menyamar kononnya mempunyai ‘kabel’ dengan orang kenamaan.
Kegiatan lelaki berusia 34 tahun itu didedahkan seorang mangsa yang juga rakan baiknya dalam pertemuan dengan Harian Metro, baru-baru ini.
Mangsa yang hanya mahu dikenali sebagai Mohamad, berkata dia mengenali lelaki terbabit sejak 20 tahun dan mendakwa kerugian lebih RM80,000 selepas menyerahkan satu daripada syarikat miliknya.
“Saya boleh dianggap kawan baik dia (Dr Jahar) kerana belajar di sekolah sama sejak tingkatan satu pada 1986. Kami memilih haluan masing-masing dengan melanjutkan pelajaran di luar negara.
“Dia menghubungi saya dan beritahu terpaksa berhenti belajar kerana masalah peribadi dan menetap secara haram di United Kingdom selama beberapa tahun,†katanya.
Selepas itu, Mohamad bertemu ‘Dr Jahar’ kira-kira 10 tahun lalu di ibu negara dan mempelawanya menjadi rakan kongsi syarikatnya.
Akibat terlalu mempercayai Dr Jahar, Mohamad tanpa berfikir panjang terus memberinya hak untuk mengambil alih satu daripada syarikat miliknya.
“Keputusan itu turut diambil selepas dia berminat membeli semua saham syarikat itu kerana mendakwa mampu memperoleh dana puluhan ribu ringgit daripada pihak tertentu,†katanya.
Kata Mohamad, bagaimanapun ‘Dr Jahar’ gagal berbuat demikian, sebaliknya menjual semua saham syarikat kepada individu tertentu serta meniru tandatangan pemegang saham utama sebelum menghilangkan diri bersama wang yang diperoleh.
Selain Mohamad, beberapa pemilik saham, termasuk seorang warga Jepun yang dijanjikan dapat memiliki saham syarikat terbabit turut menjadi mangsa.
“Saya turut mendapati ‘Dr Jahar’ pergi ke beberapa syarikat terkemuka lain untuk memperdaya serta memerangkap mangsa dengan taktik sama.
“Angkara perbuatannya, saya kini terpaksa menanggung beban hutang yang banyak, termasuk disenaraihitamkan pihak bank,†katanya.
Berikutan itu, Mohamad berkata, dia membuat beberapa laporan di Balai Polis Dang Wangi dan Ibu Pejabat Kontinjen Kuala Lumpur (IPKKL) berkaitan salah laku ‘Dr Jahar’ itu selain menghantar surat kepada bapa lelaki berkenaan.

Shocking…. Dr Jahat. No, I’m actually NOT talking about Dr. Jahar being a con artiste but the fact that a moron like him who I find has some communication defect can actually pull off a scam like that. His friend since high school must be a bigger moron to trust him. Apparently the Dr. disappeared after the scam but woke up one morning and decided to take stupidity to the next level. He actually voluntarily tried out for The Firm. I think this story is will turn out to be more interesting than The Firm itself. Well, let’s see where this goes……

What a shame…if someone who so called himself got PhD is a big lier. 34 years of age is actually a right time for a person to graduate his / her PhD but must be without any failure during the studies of his / her Diploma, Degree and MBA/MSc. So, if Muhammad or someone claimed to be his ‘friend’ is not lying about his previous with relationship and about a background education of Dr Jahar….then surely Dr Jahar is PENIPU. Anyway, don’t just believe rumors without solid proof!!! but TAKKANLAH POKOK BERGOYANG TAKDA ANGIN???

Fortunately I read your notes here. I was the one who representing a few of our friends that already taken Legal actions against to the one that you called Dr.Jahar and I am also the one that you indirectly called ‘fool’. But at least I am with genuine MBA.
My name is Mohamad and I already lodged so many reports and engaged with so many lawyers to get Dr.Jahar which was also my best friend. Unfortunately, the police seemed to be lack of efforts around here and this Dr.Jahar also keep changing addresses.
How about you try to contact Dr.Jahar and personally ask him if you can really contact him or call me at 012-2277586 if you happen to see him. You know something Nic, commercial crimes in Malaysia is not something that police can go and arrest the suspect on the spot. Or maybe you can cheat your friend professionally and then see what will happen when your friend lodge the police report. Nothing happen, that for sure.
Now, I’ve been living in great suffer for many years because my name already blacklisted by all the financial institutions which thanks to Dr.Jahar. You can do some experiment here Nic, be a guarantor for any financial facilities and see what happen when the person that you guaranteed failed to settle it and run away without trace. Then, you can try to lodge the police report and see they’ll refer it to RKM. Then, if you are unlucky, you’ll get lawyers who consume a lot of your time and money with less significant result. Will you blindly pay thousands of RM to repay loans that you never see the money?
So, lucky to you who can say anything but I pray you’ll get into the same trouble that we suffering now in future.
