Facts:
- AC bayar RM300 sebulan, ada bukti resit.
- AC tidak bayar tunggakan nafkah seperti yang dipersetujui sebelum ini. Yang ini lah yang diperjuangkan.
-AC masukkan RM8000 dalam akaun, tetapi tidak boleh dikeluarkan sehingga anak berusia 18 tahun dan buku akaun dipegang oleh AC. ( Nampak macam baru buat buku aje)
-AC beberapa kali menyebut mempunyai 2 anak, di TV dan radio. Tiada alasan untuk perbuatan begini apatah lagi untuk menjaga hati keluarga terkini.
-keluarga AC sendiri pun masih berhubung dgn anak2 dan bekas isteri, jadi tidak logik mengatakan dia tak tahu di mana anak2 nye. His uncle and parents are still nice to shafnie.
-RM300 IS NOT ENOUGH for anyone, kampung or bandar, to provide proper care, education, religious education, entertainment, food, etc for any child. We are talking about 2 growing kids here. Please be rational. Tq.

the couple had been divorced for many years now (maybe more than 10 years)and on their last settlement, the Syariah court acknowledged AC’s commitment to a monthly-paid nafkah of RM300 for his children until the age of 18.
Now,don’t you think its odd that only now the ex began to fight for the rights of HER children (as she fondly described it to the media)?

I don’t think it is odd that shafnie only proceed with the tuntutan now.
- when they divorced, AC’s career was at his lowest ground. His songs did not sell well though it was quite entertaining. He could not afford to give the nafkah.
-Then shafnie got married to a datuk who was nice enough to support the 2 kids. Shafnie did not see the need to demand for a settlement as AC’s career was starting to make it big again
-Now AC’s career is at its peak. With his own show, AF6 n AF7, duta gelang, etc and his lavish lifestyle…it is only fair that he remembers his responsibility as a father to ALL his kids. Is RM300 enough to spend for his 2 little kids now (Damien n…cant remember the girl’s name)? PAmpers, child care, milk, clothing,etc. Similarly, it wont be enough for his older kids (food, books, clothing, tuition, kelas agama, transportation to school, extra-co activities, entertainment,etc)
- I mean , be fair. They are his children dunia dan akhirat.Why so culcalative with your own flesh and blood?No one else is responsible for our children. Shafnie has done her share all these years with whatever she could. It’s high time AC does his part.(I dont know if the gelang has the power to block his way of thinking)
-I think shafnie refers to the kids as ” anak-anak saya” because she feels AC is not interested in d kids, well isn’t he the father that told the world he only have 2 kids…

When they divorced a long time ago the settlement was made. The question of whether AC can or cannot afford the nafkah never arise, thus, the tuntutan is out of the question.
You said that before this, Shafnie did not see the need to demand for a settlement (because she married a Dato. This is entirely wrong if she really cares for the kids. Dato or not, she should of forwarded the demands during those high time of hers, as you said. The Dato are not responsible to give nafkah for her children.
To be fair, demanding it now made her look like conniving gold digger.

I dont know la, manusia. These are the facts I know, she compromised with AC for a long time. We have to wait for the truth during the perbicaraan, i guess. The truth will prevail. Lets pray the best for AC, Shafnie and especially the kids, 2 from the past, 2 at present. Pray that they will come together as a big family. Like Will Smith, the present wife always invite the x-wife and the kids over for thanks giving. Maybe that’s too much to hope. Anything as long as its for the best for all of them.And I call upon the public not to shun emilia. Dont be too harsh and judgemental.

AC has openly announced that his current wife, Emelia had no problem and always ready to take care of AC’s 2 older children. And let’s always remember that Emelia had contributed largely to AC’s career success.
If money is the issue here, then let the 2 kids decide who they want to be with. Maybe the custody of the kids should be be transferred to AC now. The kids have grown into teenagers, so it is best to be with their father. Shafnie can always meet them. If she could only try to negotiate with AC before going to the media, they wouldn’t have to suffer from all this mess.
But now that everything is in a mess, they have to deal with it. And the way i see it, AC, Shafnie, Emelia, the 4 kids are hurting badly.
Nobody is a winner.

After 8 years apart, I doubt the kids would choose to live with a father who has become estranged to them. However, it’s their choice. And I am guessing that emilia is probably not aware of how difficult it is to submit herself to the role of a step mother to pre-teen children who already have their mind set about the issues.
But if you ask me, I think AC ‘gertak’ to take the kids just to dampen shafni’s spirit. He knows that for most mothers, you can take anything from them but never let them be parted from their flesh n blood.

The court is brilliant.
A mother usually granted custody of children below 8 years old.
However, it must be noted too that the law and court allows children over the age of 8 years old to decide who they want to be with. This is usually done by asking what and how the child feels – who he/she wants to be and this is done without being influenced by the mother or the father. The court will respect the child’s decision.
Shafnie is aware of this and that is why she freaked out. One really has to wonder of why she needs to be afraid of losing her children if she really is a good mother. Surely the children will chose over AC without hesitation if she really practice what she preaches. Don’t you think so?
And may i remind you of what you have said earlier – ‘to not be judgemental and harsh’ upon AC or Emilia on this matter. They may love these children more than you think they are capable of.
The emphasize here is on the importance of the children and it is their crucial choice that will determine the journey of this proceeding and court will rule out on what is best for them.
Both court and the children had taken note of Shafnie’s eagerness to put AC behind bars instead of just demanding for ‘his supposedly long overdue nafkah payment’. Do you think the children feels proud that their mother is trying to put their father in prison?
Try to look at a bigger picture of this situation.. and by the way i am not AC hehe
