Chinese beauty queen has won the much coveted title, MISS WORLD 2007. It is the 57th installment of the pageant and it was held in a glittering, star-studded ceremony at the Beauty Crown Theatre in Sanya, Hainan Province, China. The 2007 Miss World Pageant has seen 106 beautiful and talented contestants spent a memorable one month in China. Her win was witnessed by a worldwide TV audience of over 2 billion (1.3 billion of which are in China) and previous year’s Miss World, Tatana Kucharova was given the honour to crown the lovely princess of China. First runner-up was from Angola, followed by Mexico as second runner-up. The other two finalists were fromTrinidad & Tobago and Sweden.

ZHANG ZILIN’s BIOGRAPHY / PROFILE
Zhang Zilin is a 23-year-old 6-ft beauty (wow! taller than me and the tallest amongst the contestant! and nope, she does not play basketball for Chinese national team…!!)
This works out around 182 cm) and was born in Shi Jia Zhaung City. She later moved to Beijing. Miss Zilin attended the University of Science & Technology and has a degree in Business Administration. She currently works as a secretary.
