    tak heran…ada duit semua jadi…,tadah badan je g slimming world.mase pregnant melantak tak ingat dunia makan daging banyak2.tapi….harap juma da kurus ni… tak payahlah pakai baju sendat2 sangat.baju yang terlalu ikut bentuk badan same hukumnye mcm dedah aurat.pakai tudung tu…labuh2kan la tutup dada tu wahai juma.tgk contoh wardina dan waheeda yang bertudung mengikut konsep menutup aurat sebenar.,suami kamu yg tanggung dosa nati…,anyway tahniah kerana usaha dan duit…anda kembali kurus..

    Saya dah 12 hari tak makan nasi tengahari dan malam.3 kali seminggu pi exercise tapi apa yang dapat hanya kenaikan berat badan 3kg lebih dari yang asal.Apa perlu saya buat? Kenapa boleh jadi demikian.

    pada yang mampu untuk ke slimming centre…….boleh lah keluarkan duit…untuk menguruskan badan..tapi pada perempuan macham wada ni lah……cukup lah setakat yg termampu dengan berpuasa…..senin dan khamis….berbuka dengan tiga biji kurma beserta segelas susu …ketika bersahur semangkuk sup sayur, 3 biji kurma dan segelas susu..kalau agak agak teringin nak jamah ice cream kan….suwoh lah sang suami suapkan sesudu kecikk jekkkkk:))..pada yg belum bersuami…..wada cadangkan ambil lah ice cream tuh sesudu kecil jugak…dan makan lah dgn perlahan lahan……..insyaallah…..tenguk lah dalam masa 6 bulan…..pada yg terlebeh duit tuh..apa apa pong leh buat…..ok kengkawan……kalau nak cuba silakan..kalau tak nak tidak mengapa…….yehaaaa!!!!

    silap beasr sape yg x makan nasi tu …Allah swt dh bgi nikmat utk merasa, so x sia2kn nikmat tu swktu sihat ni. sya ttap makan nasi tiap2 hari utk kperluan kabohdrt dlm bdn . Currently alhmdulillh sy brjaya trun 7 kg dlm 3 bulan! Rahsianya adalah … sy makan nasi skali shari n yg plg pnting makan cara sederhana .. x brtambah. X duduk @ baring lps mkn, da best thng 2 do .. ‘brgerak’ .. brjalan @ kmas meja / bsuh pggan mgkuk. Klau mkn kat luar .. biasakn brjalan. Besides .. rutin exercise .. dlu sya trkejar2 p gym bt then i realzd .. kat umah pun leh exercs .. naik trun tgga, dumb bell n wat hula hoop while watchg tv, sit up (da best exrcs 4 ur spare kt perut!). Mula2 mmg susah, tpi bila dh jdi amalan .. insyaAllah boleh. Klau rasa lapar .. makan buah @ mnum susu. Epal hjau sbji shari .. leh ‘ilangkn’ ur selera jap.. x prcaya? Cuba dulu iltizam yg kuat! InsyaAllah .. Klau p slmmg cntre pun depa akn bgi korang menu diet cma klebihn slmmg cntr ni tng ‘reshape’ da body, yg lain2 tu ..diri sndri gak
