Samy Vellu has lost the Sungai Siput parliamentary seat, while Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil lost the Lembah Pantai parliamentary seat to Nurul Izzah Anwar. This is a good development for people in MIC who have lost trust in the party’s leadership. DATUK SERI SAMY VELLU has been leading MIC much longer than TUN DR. MAHATHIR leading UMNO. The public have been making complains about MRR2 bridge, roads leading to LCCT which have not been done in proper manner. In another story, DATUK SERI TAN CHAI HO also lost his seat to PKR’s Abdul Khalid Ibrahim for Bandar Tun Razak parliamentary seat, by majority of 2,515 votes. Other upsets were the loss of DATUK SERI DR. KOH TSU KOON for BATU KAWAN PARLIAMENTARY SEAT as well as DATUK ZAINUDIN MAIDIN, EX-INFORMATION MINISTER. Meanwhile, THE OPPOSITION IS GETTING CLOSE TO TAKING OVER KEDAH and in PENANG, DAP/PKR have gotten enough seats to form a government.

How can there be peace with so many out there under priviledged. No perfection in any govt but atleast some right things are done, thats all the citizen expect. Schools, hospital, social benefits, etc all way behind the developed countries. Shame to compare to Spore… Look at Thailand if not fair because Spore is small, way ahead of us.

Dear All,
Sad to say that I was not one of the registered voters. But days leading to 12th GE was one filled with much regret, as I too wanted to take a stance. I too wanted a change, one with no racial undertones but a change to give someone else an opportunity to run the country. I wanted to have educated leaders so that the many brilliant heads together will lift our country to greater heights like Singapore, and let the most deserving through merit enjoy the many opportunities, and not only extended to a distant relative of a datuk… Only with change can the BN reps get off their butt and do what they have been elected for. On the other hand the Barisan Alternative will take heed not to make the same mistakes as their not so bright opposition and achieve the desired change in the country. On my way back from Sitiawan, Perak, I saw a banner which said Selamt Tinggal BN, Selamat datang BA. I too would like to extend the same greetings and thank all malaysian who voted wisely for a better future for all of us and our future generation. I thank you because you have helped me to achieve my stance vicariously.

aku sokong semua penyokong2 BN dan pemimpin2 BN. semua nikmat yg kita ada skrg dan segalanya dtg dari kerajaan BN n UMNO. mmg betul 2 BN la best, kt semua akan hidup bebas…sebebas-bebasnya…smua ni xda kaitan langsung dgn Allah. smuanya kerajaan BN n UMNO yg buat.

Hentahla. dulu saya penyokong BN tapi apabila terdengar kata seseorang kenalan. saya merubah pendirian utk vote pembangkang. apabila saya tengok apa yang terjadi di negeri saya sendiri. saya betul menyesal kerana menyokong parti yg belum saya kenal dalam2. Sekarang saya jadi ejekan keluarga kerana ingin merubah sesuatu yg tak mungkin berubah iaitu kerajaan sedia ada. kepada semua voters pembangkang, gali dalam2 sebelum buat kptusan. apa2pun saya tetap sokong BN kemudian tahun. aslmuakum

From what I have seen and learned, Malays (like Mizan) trace their ancestral origin to Hadhramaut, Yemen – a country severely further than China! Doesn’t that make you Malays descendants of IMMIGRANTS?????
