2 more days before the voters of PERMATANG PAUH decides their Member of Parliament! It’s three-way fight between Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Datuk Ariff Shah Omar Shah and AKIM President. We can see many funny ways the politicans put in place to attract the voters. Recent drop in oil price at the pump, sudden grant to all the surau’s and madrasah’s in PERMATANG PAUH. The list is endless. Anwar has promised the nation that by 16th September, Pakatan Rakyat will take over the country. Are we letting this to happen? We are letting our fate to be determined by the people of PERMATANG PAUH? Such is the criticality of the PERMATANG PAUH by-election that is going to take place in two days’ time. This comes at the time where credibility of the Barisan Nasional’s government at its lowest. The flip flop attitude in policies has created uncertainties in the market and has scared certain foreign investors. That is not good for the economy. If Pak Lah were to continue with the government, certain dramatic measures must be undertaken. He needs help from the educated and visionary individuals with long term plans for the country. There are many countries that can be used as role models, Singapore, America etc. Singapore for the education and public transport plus its service industry. America for its liberal views that encourage entrepreneurship.

There pro’s and con’s to Anwar being the PRIME MINISTER. He tends to hold a populist view. He will do what people ask him to do without sticking to what is best for the country like the current government. Not sure whether this stand is going to be temporary or permanent. Whatever it is, it is not good for people of Malaysia. I”ve always admired Tun Mahathir for his vision in enforcing English as the medium in Science and Mathematics. Although he was attacked left, right and centre, but for the country, he stuck to his gun. You will see the impact in 5-6 years. Don’t question now.

Anwar Ibrahim had not done much for the people when he was a Deputy Prime Minister (when he had the chance). Of course he had KBSR and KBSM in place but Bahasa Baku? How about developing a thinking individual with entrepreneural mind? Datuk Hishamuddin also missed this. Why can’t they copy the well-proven model?

Sape kata gitu? Ko percaya cakap Najib yang retorik tuuu? Aku setuju dengan pandangan rinoa. Kita beri DSAI peluang selama 4 tahun. Tengok mana lebih baik DSAI dengan Tok Jib.
