I was at 2008 Home Deco exhibition today at KLCC Convention Centre. It was as I expected as I have been to one back in PWTC 3 years back. There is one interesting company that I would like to share today i.e. House Movers called Myrelo. Myrelo makes moving your furnitures and fittings easy. Most of the times, people end up hiring ad-hoc lorry drivers for their moving needs. Most of the times also, furniture goes missing or damaged. Also, unprofessional movers leave all the work to their customers – packing, wrapping, re-arranging. You may also occassionally find yourself moving your items yourself, often at the expense of your back structure. The strain of carrying those heavy boxes may sometimes last a lifetime if you are not careful.
At certain amount of fee, Myrelo will do all the job for you, diassembling your bed and assembling it back again. The fee is quite reasonable, given the amount of work that they are doing for you.
I didn’t get the chance to ask the owner or the salesman what myrelo really stands for, but my guess is that it means myrelocation. They are giving discount close to 16% and insurance for your items are thrown in as well. For house less than 1,000 sq ft involving 1 day moving, the charge is only RM 1,600. This is one of the cheapest house movers in MALAYSIA that I have ever found. Good for condominiums and apartments. I guess you can always negotiate if you don’t have that many items to move even though your condo is bigger than 1,000 sq ft.
Things like boxes, corrugated paper, bubble wrap, stretch film, newsprint, OPP tape and masking tape are all provided by them! Cool huh..All for the peace of mind and pleasure of sitting back and relax. Oh..they also do international moving. Neat..

you can pay a deposit. if you don’t like how they have done it, don’t pay the full amount..

selalu nya mereka ni mintak separuh bayaran………deposit kadang mereka tak mahu..sket sgt……..
kita pakai dia. deposit first tapi full payment b4 they start. at the end tak profesional langsung. jgn sokong sebelum mencuba.
