Darren Choy has been put on trial for not managing to control his libido, well at least that’s what Daphne Iking’s ex-husband Ryan Chong was saying. Daphne’s husband Ryan Chong has dragged managing director Choy Khin Ming to court in a private prosecution under Section 498 of the Penal Code for “enticing or taking away or detaining with a criminal intent a married woman”. Choy is charged with enticing Iking, knowing that she is a married woman, with the intention of having sexual intercourse at The Plaza, Jalan Wan Kadir, Taman Tun Dr Ismail here between July 2007 and September last year. Well that’s the risk if you were away from your wife soo much..Now Choy gets a stay of his hearing.
